The Maple Leaf Meats Food Truck has been serving Melbourne’s inner west since 2016, bringing bold flavours and retro vibes wherever we roll. From our juicy burgers to smokey ribs & saucy wings. Every bite is made with our Signature Sauces, the same ones now bottled and loved across Melbourne.

Our Pork Ribs are smoked Low & Slow for 4 Hours.
The meals include: coleslaw, large chips & a dill pickle.
Wings
Mildly smoked & flash fried. These wings are a favourite across Melbourne's Inner West.
Naked Wings - Smoked wingettes, dusted with our Chicken Rub.
Blue Boys Wings - Smoked wingettes in a Mild Hot Sauce, served with Ranch Dressing.
Honey BBQ Wings - Smoked & Sticky wingettes with a Honey BBQ Sauce.
Wild Whiskey Wings - Smoked Wingettes with a 'Wild Whiskey Glaze'
