Delivery Times
  • Metro Areas: Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days after dispatch.

  • Regional and Remote Areas: Delivery times may be longer depending on your location and the carrier.

 
Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are at the customer's own expense and will be calculated at checkout.

 
Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your delivery.

 

Weekend and Public Holiday Dispatch

Please note that we do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed after our Friday dispatch cut-off time, or on Saturday or Sunday, will be processed on the next available business day.

 
International Shipping

We currently ship within Australia only.
International shipping is not available at this time, but we are working on it and will let you know once it becomes available!

Returns Policy

At Maple Leaf Meats, we take great care to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.

 

Reporting a Delivery Issue

If there is a problem with your order upon delivery, please contact us via email within 1–2 days of receiving your order so we can assist you.

 

How to Report an Issue

Please email  with:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photos showing the condition of the product and packaging.

 

Our team will review your request and work with you towards a resolution.
