Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

Orders placed after the Friday dispatch cut-off or during weekends will be processed on the next available business day.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate. Maple Leaf Meats cannot be responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly supplied addresses.

If you experience delays or issues with delivery, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue with the courier where possible.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our food products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
However, we will always comply with Australian Consumer Law.
