At Maple Leaf Meats, we take great care in preparing and packaging every order so that it arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Shipping

Order Processing
  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

  • Orders placed after the Friday dispatch cut-off or during weekends will be processed on the next available business day.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Metro Areas: 1–3 business days

  • Regional and Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier service and location.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate. Maple Leaf Meats cannot be responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly supplied addresses.

Delivery Issues

If you experience delays or issues with delivery, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue with the courier where possible.

Returns & Refunds

 

Due to the nature of our food products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

However, we will always comply with Australian Consumer Law.

You may be entitled to a refund, replacement or other remedy if a product:

  • arrives damaged

  • is faulty or defective

  • is significantly different from the product described

  • is unsafe to consume

Reporting a Problem With Your Order

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.

Please include:

  • your order number

  • a description of the issue

  • clear photos of the product and packaging

This helps us investigate and resolve the issue quickly.

Resolution

Depending on the situation, Maple Leaf Meats may offer:

  • a replacement product

  • a store credit

  • a refund

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
